| Barrett R.H. Young | |
| Hometown: Gross Pointe Park, MI Barrett Young received his Bachelor of Arts in Government at Harvard University. On campus, Barrett served as a board member of the Harvard Black Men’s Forum and tutored students in introductory calculus. In 2006, Barrett interned for Judge Denise Page Hood at the United States District Court in Eastern Michigan. Upon graduating from law school, Barrett would like to begin the journey towards becoming a Supreme Court Justice. He is employed at the Federalist Society in Washington and will begin law school at the University of Chicago in the fall of 2011. During his first summer at the Institute, Barrett interned at the American Legislative Exchange Council. In 2008, he interned at the Heritage Foundation. |
